Refund policy

All products purchased through our website can be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery date, provided they remain unworn and undamaged.

Kindly note that we offer DDP and DAP shipping options. DAP entails that customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item price. International buyers may incur these charges as per their local government regulations, and we cannot assume responsibility for these extra fees. Kindly note that personalized or bespoke products cannot be returned unless they were delivered to you damaged, faulty, or incorrectly.

A flat return service fee of 4€ is applied by the brand.

Eligible Products for Return:

  • Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition with their original tags intact.
  • Footwear and accessories should be returned in their original boxes and enclosed within a protective shipping box.
  • Security tags must remain attached to the product.
  • Lingerie and swim products must be returned with the hygiene seal label untouched.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over your own lingerie and can only be returned if the hygiene label or seal is intact.
  • Certain sale items are non-returnable.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

  • Visit our website and log in to your client account.
  • In your account, navigate to the list of your orders and select the one you wish to return.
  • Click on "Request return." If the button is inactive, the return cannot be processed due to the 14-day timeline expiration.
  • Provide the reason for your return. Utilize the note field for additional comments or if selecting "Other" as the return reason.
  • Submit your return request.


1. Upon submission, our team will review your request within 3 days and notify you via email once it's been processed and approved.

2. Prepare your return shipment by packaging the items in their original packaging. If the package is damaged, please use suitable DHL packaging.

3. Affix the return labels initially provided with your order and hand over the package to a DHL courier or drop it off at a nearby Drop Off point.

Please ensure that the products are returned in unused and unworn condition, with the original packaging in perfect condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.

 

REFUND

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe, typically up to 10 days, depending on your bank. Please be aware that if your country is not included in the DDP list and you've paid customs taxes and duties, they will not be refunded. For further details, please refer to the shipping policy.

We can accept return only from the same country where the product has been shipped to when bought.
